Tryston & Brittney

Some engagement sessions feel effortless from the very beginning, and Tryston and Brittney's session at Oakmont Park was exactly that.

As we explored the beautiful trails and lakeside views, these two spent the evening doing what they do best—laughing, joking, and simply enjoying being together. Their connection was natural and genuine, making every moment feel authentic and full of life.

One of my favorite things about engagement sessions is getting to see couples outside of the wedding planning process. It's a chance to slow down, spend time together, and celebrate the season they're in before the wedding day arrives. For Tryston and Brittney, that season is filled with excitement, anticipation, and plenty of laughter.

Throughout the session, they weren't afraid to be themselves. Whether they were sharing quiet moments together, exchanging inside jokes, or laughing at something only they understood, their personalities shined through in every photograph. The result was a gallery that feels less like posed portraits and more like a snapshot of who they are as a couple.

Oakmont Park provided the perfect backdrop for their engagement session. The combination of open spaces, natural scenery, and soft evening light created a relaxed atmosphere that allowed them to focus on each other rather than the camera.

What stood out most was the way they balanced playfulness and intimacy. One moment they were laughing together, and the next they were sharing a quiet glance that said everything without words. Those are the moments I love documenting because they tell the story of a relationship in a way that feels honest and timeless.

As a photographer, my goal is always to create space for couples to simply be themselves. The best photographs happen when couples feel comfortable enough to let go of perfection and focus on each other. Tryston and Brittney embraced that completely, and it made their session such a joy to photograph.

I am so excited to celebrate alongside them when they say "I do" in November 2026. If their engagement session is any indication, their wedding day is going to be filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Tryston and Brittney, thank you for trusting me to document this chapter of your story. I cannot wait to capture the next one.
